1. Parts Arrival & Documentation
When your parts arrive, we begin by completing a detailed intake form:
- Date of arrival
- Customer details: Individual or business, name, phone number, email (with optional marketing opt-in), and relevant address
- Part specifics: Number of items, description, and requested services (vapour blasting, protective coating, or cerakoting)
- Surface area assessment and photos taken
- Delivery preference: Collection or postage (weight recorded if posted)
- Requested completion date
2. Personalised Quote
Using the intake details, we provide a tailored quote outlining costs and timelines, ensuring transparency and no surprises.
3. Payment & Job Initiation
Once you approve the quote and make payment, we assign a unique barcode to your job. This triggers the start of work and enables seamless tracking.
4. Precision Processing
- Our expert staff begin the vapour blasting process using the industry-leading Aquablast 1215.
- You’ll receive an automatic email confirming your job has started.
- Depending on your selection, parts undergo vapour blasting and protective coating if necessary—completed to the highest standard.
5. Completion & Delivery
- Once finished, we send an automatic email notifying you of completion.
- Parts are securely stored for collection or promptly posted, with tracking provided if applicable.
